RESERVATIONS
will be confirmed back to you via email. For short
notice rentals we are able to accept wired funds or
payment by Pay Pal. One half of the rental fee is
due when reservation is confirmed. Balance of rent
is due on or before 60 days prior to the start of
the rental period. Rent is non-refundable. A security
deposit of $200 is required when booking the reservation.
The deposit is fully refundable provided provisions
are met. (See Rules & Regulations given when booking
your vacation

(sleeps 8): OCEAN-FRONT, with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths,
2 huge ocean-front balconies, a fully loaded kitchen,
dining and living areas, and air conditioning. The
2 upstairs bedrooms include 1 king bed, 2 double beds,
and 2 floor pad mattresses. Two large balconies overlooking
the ocean.
PENTHOUSE #10
(sleeps 8): OCEAN-FRONT, with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths,
2 huge ocean-front balconies, a fully loaded kitchen,
dining and living areas, and air conditioning. The
2 upstairs bedrooms include 4 twin beds and a trundle,
with 2 fold-down couches in the downstairs main living
area. Two large balconies overlooking the ocean.
Unit 612-2
(sleeps 4) is the larger of the two adjoinging studio
units and has a king sized bed (which can be converted
to two twin beds) plus a double futon with private
bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning,
and large balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Unit 612-1
(sleeps 4) adjoins unit 612-2 and has a queen bed
plus a trundle sleeper sofa with private bathroom,
fully equipped kitchenette, dinette, air conditioning,
and large balcony overlooking Cancun's Lagoon.
